Stellen Sie sich Ihr nächstes Projektvorhaben vor. Der Begriff Projekt löst bei den einen ein wohliges Gefühl, bei anderen Stress, Panik oder Assoziationen von Chaos aus. Bereits am Anfang teilen viele die Sorge, dass das Projekt scheitern könnte. Das muss nach unserer Erfahrung nicht der Fall sein. Denn wie der zu Anfang zitierte, französische Philosoph, Moralist und Schriftsteller festhält, kann man durch kleine Handlungsweisen bereits zu Beginn den Ausgang des Projektes steuern.
Unabhängig vom geplanten Ausmaße ihres Vorhabens sind gewisse Handlungsweisen sinnvoll. Hier folgen 3 Handlungstipps für Ihr nächstes Projekt im Bereich der IT-Softwareentwicklung:
- Anforderungen und Teilziele definieren
Ihr Ziel ist es, eine neue Anwendung zu entwickeln und in Ihre IT-Landschaft zu integrieren? Überlegen Sie sich vorher, welche Anforderungen, Features und Struktur Sie haben möchten.
Detailfreudige Menschen sollten darauf achten, sich nicht im Detail und der kleinschrittigen Planung zu verlieren. Denken Sie an Ihre Kunden und den Nutzer, setzen Sie die gewünschte User
Experience ins Zentrum Ihrer Überlegungen. Hieraus folgt, die Projektplanung und die gemeinsame Definition der Teilschritte.
2. Sorgfältig, agil und vollständig sein
Agil bedeutet nicht Chaos. Agil stellt eine Methode im Projektmanagement dar, welche das flexible und proaktive Reagieren beinhaltet, eine Veränderung vorzunehmen. Gleichzeitig orientiert man sich dabei an einer sehr strukturierten Methodik. Während der Arbeit bzw. Umsetzung eines geplanten Projektes passiert es häufig, dass gewisse Features und Vorhaben doch noch einmal angepasst werden müssen. Durch das Definieren der Wünsche sowie Teilziele (siehe 1) behalten Sie sich eine gewisse Agilität bei und können den Fortschritt des Projektes unterstützen.
Wenn Sie ein Feature zu User-Stories ausdefinieren, ist es wichtig, das sehr sorgfältig und vor allem vollständig zu tun. Nennen Sie bereits vor der ersten Codezeile, welche Funktionalitäten Sie haben möchten, damit Ihre Vorstellungen passgenau umgesetzt werden kann.

Wie die Prinzipien des Agilen Manifestes betonen, möchten wir durch eine kontinuierliche sowie frühe Auslieferung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Produktes Ire Zufriedenheit gewährleisten.

Because, as the French philosopher, moralist and writer quoted at the beginning states, one can control the outcome of the project by taking small actions right at the beginning.
Regardless of the planned scale of your venture, certain courses of action make sense. Here are 3 action tips for your next project in the field of IT software development:
1. Define requirements and subgoals
Your goal is to develop a new application and integrate it into your IT landscape? Beforehand think about what requirements, features and structure you want. Detail-oriented people should be careful not to get lost in the details and small-step planning. Think about your customers and the user, put the desired user experience at the center of your considerations. From this follows project planning and the joint definition of the sub-steps.
2. Work meticulously, agile and complete
Agile does not mean chaos. Agile represents a method in project management that involves reacting flexibly and proactively to make a change. At the same time, it follows a very structured methodology. During the work or implementation of a planned project, it often happens that certain features and plans have to be adapted again. By defining the wishes as well as sub-goals (see
1) you maintain a certain agility and can support the progress of the project.
